April 15 2026 already, and I’m amazed at how fast it’s going by. I hope everyone is doing well, as of today if you’re reading this we’re still here and kicking. That’s a major plus compared to the alternatives. I know, I know, what, a new single Bill E, right ? Yes I’ve been slack in my duties here on the old website for an extended time, I’m sorry and will try to do better. Just been a lot going on both musically and in my personal life, but hey no excuses, and no one to blame but myself since this is still a one man show, (maybe that will be changing soon, we’ll see). So I’ll give you the whole ‘scoop’ on the new single and the story behind it. The song “My Love Runs Deep” is the first release of ten songs I wrote with my friend and brother in Christ, The_Dowghouse. Dowghouse and I met in Christian Podcast chat on Rumble about 2 years ago. When he reached out to me about collaborating writing some inspirational songs together. Which wound up being a year and a half of songwriting and production.
In spite of being hundreds of miles away from one another we worked well together via phone, email and online chats. I can truly say God had His Hand all over this project, Dowghouse and I were merely the tools or vessels He used. “My Love Runs Deep” was quite literally a direct download from the Lord in the way it all came together. Dowghouse sent me the first few lines of lyrics and instantly I had a melody. We would bounce the rest of the words off each other in such a way the song felt more like we were taking dictation from above than it did us writing it. I have to say that’s pretty much the case with all ten songs we did together. We would get one done and maybe go a week or two or even a month, the boom another song was incoming. Definitely it was a different experience from any other project I’ve been a part of, I feel truly blessed by it and because of it.
So why a single and not a whole album ? We just felt led to release one song at a time to see that each received all the focus and attention they deserved. “My Love Runs Deep” is the first song we wrote and it is truly a love letter from God’s perspective as interpreted by two of His children. Other than just adding it to your Spotify playlists, while that is greatly appreciated too. The reason I request you actually purchase it, is because I believe God is going to bless those purchases by sending a message to the gatekeepers of mainstream music. That real human made music that honors and expresses His love for us, still can reach hearts and minds and touch souls in a way A.I. generated sounds never ever will.

We musicians and songwriters only make half the equation the other half is you the listeners and supporters of our art and passion. Its a partnership that when it is met in its purest form makes a connection between artist and audience that especially in the case of this of this song will bless the hearts and lives of many while drawing each closer to the One who matters most of all our Heavenly Father and giver of the gift of music, the language that speaks to every human soul……
